Not corrected enough. We don't really need people calling each other names.

As this thread is OL-oriented, is there anywhere to ask questions about the mod as it stands now, before the new work is complete?

I can't find any official 'OL' site except oblivionlost.de I think it is. But there is no information on gameplay there that I can find.

We have forums for SoC discussion, Clear Sky Discussion and one for Priboi.

Can we have one for Oblivion Lost Discussion?

As this is a suggestions thread I would like to suggest this idea. There, I'm nice and legal and not off-topic 8) .

Is there any way to allow the actor to set up booby-traps, like the bandit one near the start of the Limansk map in CS?

I'd like to turn those particular tables.

Yes I do have a storyline, but it has to be implemented! It is still under development, and also I have to first show it to Dezodor!

The story, I have in mind, is something like this: a platoon of military guys is patrolling on cordon/ Military warehouses when a massive blowout occurs: the NPP blows up (and a commission of scientists gathers to Pripyat to analyze the disaster ); so now you have a series of missions through Pripyat and Red Forest to investigate and evacuate all personnel (scientists or whatever) until... an even more powerful blowout occurs and everyone dies except you! So now you are a military loner who lives to survive: artifacts, weapons and other stuff to merchandise with other factions. Also he explores many worlds/ levels (fully explorable and freedom to move entirely from one level to another). In the end he reach to Pripyat again and there he goes to the NPP; after the final battles with zombies and monsters he may come back to his wife :D and start a normal life: exploring other levels that previously were locked- the entire world is his ;) Something like this!

It is not the final version!

How about just Priboi Story but using all of the maps from both SoC and CS?

Okay, you'd have to choose one Red forest or the other, but making it freeplay across all maps. Many more documents could be hidden, many more challenges invented.

Yup. Marked one, not Priboi.

Can't think why I said that as this is BTTR.

Since many shorten 'S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl' to 'ShoC' it could be argued that....

ShoC-Wave

....might be appropriate, combining, as it does, part of the game title and part of the Mod team's name.

Doesn't really tell us much, though.

Maybe....

Shoc-Wave: Back to the Roots.
