Hardware Donation

Postby Lobo » Thu Apr 16, 2009 8:08 am

I have a spare PC which I would like to donate to your team.
Since I have no skills in programming, or designing, I thought that this could be my way of helping your team, and say thank you for the good work on Priboi Story :D

It is a:

Dell Precision Workstation 370
Intel Pentium 4 HyperThreading (3.60 Ghz, 64bit capable Intel EM64T)
(not overclocked).

2 GB of RAM (DDR2, 533 Mhz) (4 x 512 MB RAM sticks)

Nvidia Quadro NVS 290, PCI-Express, 256 MB RAM, (DX10 compatible)
Low-Profile with 2 DVI output via Dongle.

DVD-ROM drive

200 GB Harddrive (IDE)

Onboard LAN, and Soundcard.

I can preload an Windows XP on the PC if needed.

The only problem is getting the PC from Denmark, to Hungary, where you guys live. :-)

So this is an open call, to anyone on this forum, who has a way of getting this PC from Denmark to Hungary.
I have thought about the Danish mail, or UPS, That this will cost, around 100 - 150 €.
Still i will gladly pay for sending it, is that is the solution :D

Let me hear if you are interested

By the way, if you are still looking for at title, how about:

Lobo, You are very kind to us, and we appreciate your effort, but unfortunately we can not accept such gift. It would be too expensive, and we have our own pc-s, which we like, and plan to extend.

However, we plan to make donate on the main site, we just need to reg a paypal account in the near future. :)

Again, thanks for the offer, we hope we were not impolite because we didnt accept it. I hope you understand :)
